When you look around the Santa Clarita Valley, it’s clear that something is happening. The new FivePoint Valencia community is growing fast. Families are moving in. Parks and fields are filling with kids. And with all this growth comes a question: how do we create spaces that connect people, keep kids active, and strengthen the bonds of community?
That’s the vision behind the ValX Sports Foundation.
A Foundation With Purpose
ValX Sports was founded with a simple mission: to promote health and community through sports and educational activities. It’s not about building the biggest league or chasing trophies. It’s about creating opportunities — opportunities for kids to play, for families to gather, and for neighbors to know one another.
We believe sports are one of the most powerful tools we have to teach life lessons. On the field, kids learn resilience, teamwork, and leadership. In the stands, parents meet one another and discover they share the same hopes for their children. Sports bring out the best in people when they’re done right. That’s what ValX Sports is here to do.
Why Flag Football?
Every big vision has to start somewhere. For ValX Sports, that start is flag football. Across the country, flag is becoming one of the fastest-growing sports. It’s safe, inclusive, and exciting to play. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never touched a football before — flag is easy to learn and even easier to love.
Our goal is to launch leagues for ages 5–17, creating a place where kids can play hard, have fun, and grow strong. From there, we’ll expand into camps, clinics, and other sports as our community tells us what it needs most.
Flag football is just the beginning — the foundation for everything to come.
Rooted in Valencia
The FivePoint Valencia community is more than just new homes. It’s a symbol of growth, energy, and possibility. As this community rises, ValX Sports will rise with it. We want to be one of the first organizations that families associate with this new chapter of Santa Clarita Valley life.
